How can you solve a math problem without first learning to read? How can you get through algebra, the more complex of life's formulas, if you haven't taken the first step and cracked a book? If I have a book with all of life's answers in it, including the explanation to the most horrific event in human history, wouldn't you want to read it for your own salvation and that of your loved ones?
Did you know that before man discovered it, it is written that the world is round? Isaiah 40: 21-22 Did you know that many of our common sayings come from this book? Matthew 15: 13-14 Bite the Dust, Jeremiah 13:23: Can a leopard change his spots? There are many many more in there, too. There are historical facts as well.
Okay, you are a skeptic. I get that. However, how do you begin to refute something that you haven't read? God expects us to test His Word to prove it true. Acts 17:11 I expect you to, as well. I would never debate a subject without first making sure that I knew what I was talking about. So if you are an active debater against God, Christ and/or scripture, you better know your subject matter first. Agreed? The number one book to read is the Bible. Other books include, Forgiveness (Diane Swanson), Bait of Satan, In a Pit with a Lion on a Snowy Day, Certain of what is unseen (pdf at restoration ministries.org), Demolishing Strongholds-also Restoration Ministries.... so many many books.
I don't think there will be a 'how to' video with instructions when we leave you behind. Most people will be dumbfounded. If there were a video to explain it, there would need to be a multi-media, world-wide showing of it in all languages and that isn't likely to happen. Just like the Left Behind series (books 1-16) says, there will be those who insist that it didn't happen because if it did, they would be gone too. They would rather believe far fetched ideas of aliens or a shift in the earths orbit that caused people to disintegrate, than they would reach for the one book (Bible) that warns of this event. Heck, it even tells of the warning signs leading up to it and the order of things to come.
I worry about you when you have to go through what is coming. The world is slowly becoming what the Bible said it will be before we are taken up with Christ and you are left behind. You can save yourselves, your children, grandchildren, friends and loved ones. If you haven't read it, you will have some time to learn about the end of times and turn it around for eternity. There is only one right way.
There is a wrong way too. One that will look appealing, believable, comforting even... initially. The evil one will be the great deceiver after all. Many will fall prey to his wiles and believe him. He will bring peace initially. But in the end, he will be your downfall, your ticket to hell.
You MUST be well read so that you know what the Word says about HOW Christ will appear so that you are not fooled by this evil impostor, who will eventually claim to be the risen Christ. After all, how would you ever know what to look for? If you haven't read the bible, then you don't know that there is only one way to know that it is Christ and not the impostor. I don't want you to be left behind. I don't want you to suffer losses, pain or be forced to take the mark of his evil so that God will no longer accept you.
Either way, I hope that you have a chance to see this at some point in your life and decide to humor me, at the very least. I can't reach all of you in the world, but I am sure going to try before I am gone. You should do the same for those that you love. So even if I am not here, I have left this for you as a path to eternity.
